Donations and Volunteering

All school volunteers must complete a background check before being allowed to work in the school or attend any field trips or other events with children. This is done by completing a simple form available at the office. Please give us 1-2 days to process your form before you schedule yourself to volunteer.  The form, as well as a volunteer application are available by clicking Documents and Forms.

Classroom and field trip volunteers: Check with your child's teacher if you are interested in volunteering in the classroom, either on a periodic or regular basis.

Donations

Box Tops for Education: We collect General Mills Box Tops for Education throughout the year. You can send them in to the school or give them to our Box Tops coordinator, Tina Eden.

SMILE drawing: We can always use small toys or prizes for our weekly "Self Managers in Liberty Elementary" drawing that promotes good citizenship. Please make sure these items are small, clean, safe, and include no weapons or other items that would not be appropriate for a school setting.

Other items: Please call the school office at 245-3211 if you have other items that you would like to donate that you think would be of use to the school.
